At Moontels, we’re going through a very exciting moment. We’ve just opened a new boutique hotel on Isabel la Católica Street, right in the heart of Valencia’s Ensanche district — one of the city’s most iconic and vibrant areas. With this opening, we’re strengthening our presence in Valencia and consolidating our position as one of the leading operators of flexible and premium accommodation in the city.
Our new Moontels Colón features 20 rooms and spacious common areas — including a gym, dining area and coffee corner — all designed to offer a modern, functional and comfortable experience. We want our guests — whether travelers, young professionals or digital nomads — to enjoy a space where design, comfort and technology come together in the very heart of the city.
A New Step in Our Growth Plan
This opening is part of our ongoing expansion and diversification plan. In recent months, we’ve added several new properties to our portfolio, including a building of tourist apartments in Plaza de Vannes and a hotel on Calle Ribera, both located in central Valencia. We also manage the Palacio de Rojas on Calle Quart, with 25 tourist apartments, and a coliving building in Plaza de Sant Bult, in the city’s historic quarter.
With this new project, we now manage over 850 accommodation units across hotels, tourist apartments, and coliving and flexliving spaces. Our goal is to reach more than 1,000 units by early 2026, consolidating a model that combines flexibility, technology and quality.

With this new hotel, Moontels now has four establishments in central Valencia — a milestone we’re very proud of.
A Special Opening Event
To celebrate this launch, we hosted an Open Day where a select group of guests were invited to explore the new space first-hand. They were welcomed by Elena Moratal, Director of the Tourism Division, and Rubén González, Director of Medium- and Long-Stay Rentals.
We also collaborated with Flores Solidarias, an online florist that provides dignified employment opportunities for people experiencing homelessness — their flowers brought warmth and life to every corner of the hotel.
We continue to work with the same passion as on our very first day, convinced that Valencia is a key city for our urban and sustainable hospitality model. This new space is much more than a hotel — it’s a way of living the city from within, with authenticity, comfort, and style.
