Moontels Martínez Cubells is located in the centre of Valencia, in a building on Martínez Cubells street. An excellent location in the centre of Valencia, just a few steps from the Town Hall Square, the North Station and Calle Colón.

This is the best area of the city with all services and a great multicultural offer of bars and restaurants, banks, supermarkets and shops. Although the location is central and you can walk everywhere, there are different bus connections and the nearest metro stop is Xàtiva. Just a few minutes’ walk away are also two of Valencia’s main nightlife hotspots: the Carmen and Ruzafa districts.

The building has several flats with seven rooms. We have flats for students as well as flats for young professionals. The flats are decorated and cared for down to the smallest detail to make you feel at home and have first class facilities. In addition, the property has a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine and iron. It also has two fully equipped bathrooms to share.
