It is an entire building with 4 2-bedroom apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathrooms. They have the particularity that in three of them – on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors – the elevator leads directly to the home, while on the first floor it is accessed by stairs. On this first floor the apartment only has 1 bathroom, in addition, a private terrace.

The building has a large and beautiful rooftop for community use fully equipped with sofas and tables so you can enjoy the Valencian climate.

Check-in and check-out is completely online. Once the reservation has been made and the online check-in has been completed, access will be provided on the day of arrival through an APP to enter the building and the apartment.
